Exchanges & Repairs

I gaurantee my workmanship for 30 days from order date, as long as appropriate care is taken.

I do exchanges only, no returns. 

All return shipments to me are paid buy buyer whether for a repair or exchange.

I will do repairs of your prayer beads for $10.00 as long as all the beads are still present.  If some beads have been lost, it will be $10.00 plus the additional cost of the beads, if they are still available.  This cost will include return shipping to you at standard delivery.

I offer an exchange program if you are not satisfied with your prayer bead within 15 days of order date of equal value.   You are responsible for shipping to me and any additional payment if over equal value from original purchase.  Shipment will be paid by the buyer in this transaction.  It is important to carefully review any copy and photos for the description of the prayer bead you are choosing so you make the decision that is right for you.

CARE:

Your 12 step prayer beads comes with a carrying pouch of which it is meant to be kept in.  Beading wire can be stressed by tight fitting areas and pockets and will not last long in these stressed circumstances.  Keeping your prayer bead in a loose area of your purse, briefcase and or at your meditation area is appropriate care. 

If your prayer bead becomes soiled, simply wipe with damp cloth, immersion in water is not recommended.
